I had just got out of my ute and walked about 50m and was looking toward the scrub edge and seen him facing up a bank feeding away. I had to cut grass out of the way to get a shot , he turned and looked up at me, 138m down hill, shot behind the shoulder with the 300wsm. I dropped on the spot! It took 3 trips to take him all out to the road!" Big stag.
